I was looking for a Immune system boost with this cold and flu season hanging over my family's heads. We have a full house of young boys and this mom can NOT get bogged down with a bad virus or bacteria. One EO stimulates the production of white blood cells, one has an enhancing effect of antibodies, one has lymph and circulatory stimulating properties, one is detoxifying which cleanses different systems to provide quicker reaction by our cells. I studied a Influenza Viruses for my senior research project in my bachelors, I know how our bodies react to invading microbes and what our bodies need to function better beforehand.
This oil will work but it is not something that will work immediately, it is training your body to work more effectively on it's own and that takes time
Give this oil blend a try, roll it on your kids pressure point behind and below the ear, one the back of the neck, on the bottom of the feet, and on your lymph nodes in your underarm
If they are young enough that they will repeatedly touch this oil and may get it in their eyes (in which case you flush with milk and then water) you should put in the places they will less likely mess around with. For example on the bottoms of feet after the shower and put socks on, right before bed etc. You know your child.
If they have a very low immune system use at least 3 times a day beginning of the day and before bed and sometime in between that you can spare a moment each day.
If they just need a small boost use after you shower
